All of our vessels are registered with the Responsible Fishing Scheme which recognises fish sustainability.
S & P supports this in order to allow the fishing industry to survive and be in existence into the future for the younger generations to appreciate.
On the shop side we are able to offer advice on cooking and serving recommendations and have close links with local chefs who have experience on cooking with seafood.
